In this course students learn all the main functions of Microsoft Outlook 2003 essential for work and the office.They will learn to access, send and receive e-mail messages from multiple accounts, including web-based e-mail accounts.

Microsoft Office Project 2003Microsoft Project 2003 is designed for individuals who will use the program as a tool that assists them in managing projects. The topics in this course cover the critical skills necessary to create and modify a project plan file with tasks, resources and resource assignments. Students will create a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources and finalize the project in order to implement the project plan.
